Haman's Driving School was founded by Thomas Haman in 1952. In the spring of 1988, the school came under the management of Ray and Janet Scott, the current owners who keep Haman's New Drivers FIRST in the FIELD of DRIVER TRAINING. Some of the FIRSTS to Haman's New Drivers credit include:

• FIRST in Tennessee to offer the DriveTecUSA Collision Avoidance Training System.
• FIRST in Chattanooga to be approved by the TN Dept. of Public Safety to participate in the Cooperative Driver Testing Program.
• FIRST in Tennessee to have Schedule2Drive online lesson scheduling.

Today, Haman's offers the best in Driver Education for teenagers and driver training for adults. We make learning easy and safe for beginners or for those needing refresher or brush-up lessons. On staff is an instructor who offers training for the handicapped, in a safe, specially equipped vehicle. As a DriveTecUSA school, Haman's goal is "To produce the safest drivers possible through effective driver training" . We challenge our students to have as their personal goal a LIFETIME of COLLISION FREE driving, built one safe trip after another. That's a feeling that can't be beat!

Our purpose is to do our very best for each person and to teach him or her the most advanced defensive driving techniques. We strive to improve our training and our service. Our friendly office staff is available, BY PHONE OR EMAIL, Mon. - Fri., 8:30am to 5:30pm; Sat., 8:45am to 3:30pm.
